Mark A. Redmond, Esq. has been a practicing attorney since 1992, holding licenses in California and Washington. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Pepperdine University in 1989 and his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1992. As a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College, Mark has led over fifteen jury trials and forty bench trials. His legal practice focuses primarily on representing victims of investment fraud, recovering more than $75 million over the past two decades. Mark is dedicated to assisting older Americans, having served for many years as a Long Term Care Ombudsman and on the board of California’s largest Long Term Care Ombudsman organization. He also hosted the radio show “Senior Issues and the Law” on KFBK 1530. An enthusiastic traveler, Mark has explored over twenty-five countries and has a keen interest in world religions, non-violent communication, and macro-economics.

Sonya Grant-Zindel graduated from Pomona College in 1985 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis in 1990, graduating in the top 10% of her class. Sonya has a distinguished background as a research attorney, having completed a prestigious federal clerkship and worked with a prominent Bay Area civil rights firm before joining the Law Offices of Mark A. Redmond, PC in 2007.
GEORGINE R. HODGKINSON
Georgine R. Hodgkinson holds both a Bachelor’s Degree (1990) and a Master’s Degree (1994) in Communication Studies from California State University, Sacramento. She manages public relations and press communications for the firm’s class action, investment fraud, and elder abuse cases. Georgine plays a key role in organizing focus groups, developing trial themes, and profiling potential jurors.
